Excel Fit Class Schedule

Excel’s Fit Class combines our unique personal training style and the area’s only indoor obstacle training course into a class setting. Using interval training, plyometrics, calisthenics and functional training we will challenge your body through all the planes of motion. Whether you are looking to improve your core stability, endurance, agility, balance, strength, overall fitness or to get ready for an endurance race our class will fit your needs. Classes will use your bodyweight, kettlebells, medicine balls, climbing ladders, ropes, and more to constantly keep you challenged!
